We can supply refreshments at chosen intervals during your meeting:

• Tea and Coffee                                                   £2.05 per person
• Tea, Coffee and Biscuits                               £3.05 per person
• Tea, Coffee and Homemade Biscuits    £4.05 per person

For parties of 10 or more we can offer the following lunch/supper options:

• Fork Buffet                                                                                   £10.50 per person
• Finger Buffet with Tea, coffee & Orange Juice        £9.25 per person

For parties of less than 10, you are welcome to order from our Cafe Menu, either on the day or in advance.

Equipment Hire

The following equipment is available free of charge, but please do confirm with us in advance your requirements.

• High resolution DLP projector with remote control compatible with most computers and video sources for electronic presentations
• Projection screen
• Flip charts
• Large tables for working on or presentations
• Wireless high speed internet access
• DVD player.

PLUS with our fabulous onsite facilities, your attendees could also be enjoying spa treatments, relaxing in our Roman Pool, Spa baths, sauna and steam rooms from just an extra £10 per person.

Book The Watkins Room for 5 or more dates and you will receive a 10% discount on the room hire fees.
