If the gym really isn’t for you – or you want to extend your fitness regime by including some classes too – then you have come to the right place!

We run a number of different classes at Holmer Park from the popular high energy Spin classes and Bodypump to the more relaxed yoga and Pilates classes.

Classes are free to members but must be pre-booked.

Then look no further as local fitness instructor Janie Cremer has devised a healthy eating plan that will blast your excess fat. It is not a faddy or gimmicky plan, just a very simple, easy to follow, family friendly guide that clearly sets out what you can eat. Janie will show you how to eat properly, encouraging easy weight loss and the ability to keep it off.

Sessions are held at Holmer Park on Thursdays from 6.30-7.30pm
